This flex space flexibly creates, connects, and celebrates.
Previously a laundromat and dry cleaner, this space was transformed to become a 2,200 SF creative arts studio and event space. StudioStudio is a flexible space that photographers, artists, entrepreneurs, and the community at large can rent and use to achieve their own creative vision.
The design is a seamless backdrop ready for transformation. A core studio area is filled with daylight from added windows and transparent garage doors, while heavy drape curtains simultaneously enables visionaries alike to alter the flexible layout.
Steel frames surround the space for rigging and photography equipment that enables hourly rentals and flexible layout.
A kitchenette with elevated finishes provides a staged background for food bloggers and catering for small events.
